Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Line Hub mobile application. By accessing or using Line Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

1. About Line Hub

Line Hub is a private audio-event streaming application that enables authorised users to participate in live audio sessions and scheduled events via the Zoom Meeting SDK. Access to Line Hub is by invitation only — accounts are created and managed exclusively by authorised administrators. There is no public self-registration.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Line Hub.
• Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts may be bound to a specific device. Attempting to use your account on an unauthorised device may result in access being suspended.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account or credentials to any other person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.
• Use the application on a rooted or compromised device in a manner that could affect the security of other users.
• Disrupt, overload, or impair the servers or networks connected to the application.
• Use the application in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Record or redistribute audio from any live session without the express permission of the event organiser.

5. Third-Party Services

Line Hub uses the Zoom Meeting SDK to deliver live audio sessions. Your use of Zoom features within the app is subject to Zoom's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Zoom's availability, quality, or data practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software in the Line Hub application are the property of Line Hub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the application without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Line Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Live audio events depend on Zoom's infrastructure and your internet connection.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the equivalent of the credits assigned to your account.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Request Account Deletion) or by requesting deletion here. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. On deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Line Hub at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your account is deactivated by an administrator. Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation of assigned credits.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Line Hub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
