Line Hub ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using the Line Hub mobile application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who We Are
Line Hub is an audio-event streaming application that allows authorised users to join live audio sessions and events via the Zoom Meeting SDK. Accounts are created and managed by our administrators — users cannot self-register.

2. Information We Collect
- Account credentials — Your username, which is assigned to you by an administrator. Your password is stored in encrypted form on your device using Android Keystore (AES-256-GCM) if you enable "Remember Me".
- Device identifier — Android device ID (
ANDROID_ID), used to associate your session with a single device for account security. - Session token — A server-issued authentication token stored encrypted on your device.
- Audio during meetings — When you join a live audio event, audio is captured by the Zoom Meeting SDK solely for the purpose of enabling the call. We do not record, store, or process this audio independently.
- Usage data — Basic connection activity (join/leave events, session checks) transmitted to our servers to maintain service state. No browsing or behavioural tracking is performed.
- Credits balance and transaction history — Your access-credit balance and history, managed on our servers, used to control access to events.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your login session.
- To determine which live audio events you are authorised to access.
- To manage and display your credits balance and transaction history.
- To protect account security (device binding, session validation).
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
- Zoom Video Communications, Inc. — When you join a meeting, your display name and audio are processed by Zoom under their own Privacy Policy. We do not share any additional personal data with Zoom beyond what is required to connect you to the call.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — Our backend server operates on standard cloud infrastructure. Server logs may capture IP addresses and request metadata for operational and security purposes only.
- Legal obligations — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted by an administrator, or if you request deletion (see Section 7), your personal data is removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
On your device, encrypted credentials and session tokens are deleted when you sign out or uninstall the application.
6. Data Security
- All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS).
- Credentials stored on your device are encrypted using the Android Keystore (AES-256-GCM).
- Our servers use industry-standard access controls and are not accessible to third parties.
7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a summary of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and personal data. You can do this from within the app (Profile → Request Account Deletion) or by requesting deletion here.
- Grievance redressal — Raise a complaint about our data processing practices.

8. Children's Privacy
Line Hub is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
